Gaowo took part in the 11th China International trademark and brand

festival at invitation which was full of highlights for four days.

As an internationally renowned exchange event of trademarks and brands, China international trademark and brand festival has been held for the 11th time since 2005. And it has always been committed to leading market players to enhance their trademark and brand awareness, improve the level of IP protection of enterprises and enhance the IP protection awareness of the public.

With the theme of "strengthening the protection of trademark and brand and jointly building the road of innovation and development",this year's trademark and brand festival was co-sponsored by China trademark association, Yinchuan municipal people's government, Ningxia hui autonomous region department of commerce, department of market supervision and management, and expo bureau. Centering on the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy and trademark brand strategy, the festival aims to promote the improvement of the innovation, protection and application level of Chinese enterprises' trademark brands.

On the evening of July 5, the 11th China international trademark and brand festival welcome and award ceremony was held in Ningxia Yinchuan international convention and exhibition center. And this festival gathered high-ups from afar and was full of exciting highlights. And more than 2000 people participated in the welcome and award ceremony including leaders from the state administration of market supervision, state intellectual property office, Ningxia hui autonomous region government, Yinchuan municipal party committee and government, local market supervision departments, officials from the world intellectual property organization and overseas government intellectual property departments, well-known entrepreneurs, brand economists and intellectual property scholars at home and abroad.

 

As Mr. Ma put it at the meeting, after careful building for more than 10 years, the trademark and brand festival has became one of the most famous annual trademark brand feasts with the highest specification.

During the four days, a series of activities were held such as China trademark annual conference, China brand trademark expo and the first China trademark association national university trademark hot issues debate competition.

On this year’s China trademark and brand festival, 22 sub-forums and salons are set, with colorful and rich content and new forms. This conference gives a professional interpretation of the hot and difficult issues concerning trademarks, such as the focus on cultivating and developing regional brands, the protection and application of trademark brands and the overseas rights protection of Chinese enterprises, which arouses the attention and concern of the participants on trademark questions.

Besides, the new added China trademark association national university trademark hot issues debate competition was also exciting. THE teams from 16 universities including Peking University, Tsinghua university, Renmin University of China and China University of Political Science and Law participated in the competition. Two teams from Renmin University of China and Southwest University of Political Science and Law decided the winner during the brand festival. On "Whether the 'trademark' attached to brand processing for export constitutes the use of the trademark", the participants show us their remarkable skills and bring us an exciting and wonderful debate competition.
