Professional qualifications and experience
Obtained the patent agent qualification certificate in 2004;
One of the first patent litigation agents recommended by Patent Agent Association for the Supreme People's Court in 2013; 
At present as a partner, he is in charge of exploiting market,  liaison affairs and other businesses of Gaowo offices in the US.
From entering the patent agent field in 2004 till now, he had been mainly engaged in new application for foreign patent agency, replying to office action, patent review and invalidation. And got rich experience in foreign patent application by providing services for famous transnational enterprises such as Sony, Schneider Electric and BOE. During the course of employment, he was entrusted by the patentee and invalidation applicant many times to deal with patent invalidation cases and had rich experience in patent litigation.
