From March 2021 to present, employed at Beijing Gaowo Law Firm. Mainly responsible for writing patent application documents, providing OA responses, conducting novelty searches, and conducting patent reexaminations for communication, software, and chip technology patent applications.

In terms of patent application writing, specific tasks include: communicating with client companies' technology and related inventors, searching for existing technologies, analyzing and extracting technological innovation points in patent projects, guiding the modification and supplementation of technical disclosure documents, etc. More than 900 new patent applications have been written; At the same time, responsible for quality inspection of new applications and OA, as well as providing guidance on writing new applications and OA for new employees.

Proficient in mining and applying for patents related to communication, software, and chip technologies. Capable of independently writing patent applications and responding to intermediate documents. Strong communication skills, able to establish positive communication with inventors, patent examiners, etc., fully understand their patent application intentions and contents, and complete patent mining work. Having good written and language expression skills in both Chinese and English, strong work initiative, and a high sense of responsibility.
