As a member of International Department of Beijing Gaowo, Jessica protects intellectual property across the globe by helping clients obtain patents, protect trademarks, secure copyrights and litigate to protect their creations.

Jessica represents foreign clients in prosecuting patent and trademark applications before CNIPA and assist Chinese clients in coordinating foreign patent enforcement actions abroad, including prosecuting, protecting, licensing, enforcing and defending intellectual property rights both in China and other counties.
