Graduated from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology with a master's degree in Signal and Information Systems.

From 2015 to 2018, worked at the Xi'an branch of Beijing Sangao Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.

From 2019 to 2020, worked at the Xi'an branch of Beijing Zhilin Hengyuan Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and obtained the patent agent qualification certificate in 2019.

I worked at Xi'an Guozhi Chuangke Patent Agency from 2021 to 2023.

From January 2024 to present, employed at Beijing Gaowo Law Firm.

The clients served include Huawei, Tencent, Xiaomi, Hisense, BYD, Lenovo, ZTE, Chery, PetroChina, SF Express, etc. Mainly responsible for patent mining, application document writing, OA response, novelty search, and patent reexamination. Ability to independently write patent applications and respond to intermediate documents.

My areas of expertise include: computer science (software interaction, application interface, modeling, big data), communication science (mobile phone related, automotive related, navigation), hardware science (simple circuits), product structure, etc.

In terms of patent application writing, it specifically includes: communicating with inventors about patent technology solutions; Retrieve existing technologies based on communication; Analyze and extract the innovative points in the patent technology solution based on the communication content and search results; Guide the modification and supplementation of technical disclosure documents, etc. More than 400 new patent applications have been written.

Strong communication skills, able to establish positive communication and contact with inventors, patent examiners, etc., fully understand their patent application intentions and contents, and complete patent mining work.
