Education and professional experience:

Li Lingshuai graduated from Taiyuan Institute of Technology with a major in Electronic Information Engineering and has successfully obtained the qualification certificate of Patent Agent. During my school years, I participated in the campus intelligent robot competition, interned at a technology company, and participated in the research and implementation of battery management systems. I have been working at Beijing Gaowo Law Firm since 2018.

Having a solid background in science and engineering, I have been engaged in the patent agency industry for many years. My main responsibilities include writing patent application documents, conducting patent searches, responding to examination and reexamination opinions, and writing priority examination request documents.

Focusing on researching new application writing and OA responses in the field of electricity, I have accumulated rich experience in patent knowledge services in the field of electricity, and have unique insights into the application of intellectual property laws and examination guidelines. I am skilled in finding creative features deeply embedded in various application cases. Proficient in writing patent application documents and the patent application process, able to conduct patent searches proficiently, respond to examination opinions, have good language control skills and years of patent writing experience, and have deepened their grasp of cutting-edge technology, especially skilled in writing, responding to, and patent reexamining application documents in the field of electricity.

Since he started his career, he has focused on the confirmation and protection of intellectual property rights in the field of electricity.
