Recently, the Intellectual Property Protection Center of Hebei Province released a public announcement on the grading and classification evaluation results of filing entities and agency organizations for the year 2023. The Hebei Protection Center conducts quantitative evaluation and graded management on patent agency service institutions that have completed pre registration based on indicators such as integrity, pre registration request quality, achievement transformation and application, and comprehensive service level.
The Hebei Protection Center will allocate pre-approval resources reasonably based on the grading evaluation results, and tilt towards high-quality patent applications with urgent needs for innovation and industrialization development through special requests, batch pre-approval, and other forms.
According to Article 19 of the latest revised "Classification and Management Measures for Filing Entities and Agency Agencies of Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center", for agency agencies rated as A-level:
（1） Provide priority services in the rapid collaborative protection of various business operations;
（2） Publicize the list on the official website of Hebei Protection Center;
（3） Reduce the intensity of supervision, spot checks, and inspections;
（4） Invite experience sharing and promote typical cases;
（5） Other incentive measures that can be taken during the provision of services.
